About ACDC

ACDC maps the AI value chain — from Asia’s rare earths to the world’s most powerful intelligence systems. From the geology of Kazakhstan and the Philippines to the chip fabs of Taiwan and the data centers of the United States, we provide the intelligence and capital structures that connect resource supply to AI demand. Our two-phase model: Phase 1 – ACDC Intelligence: Analytics, benchmarking, geopolitical research, and subscription intelligence products. Phase 2 – ACDC Capital: Trade finance, credit structures for critical minerals deals, and equity investments in AI-era data companies. We operate regionally through CADF/CADC (Central Asia), SEADF/SEADC (Southeast Asia), and SADF/SADC (South Asia – future expansion).

Leadership Team

ACDC is led by operators, strategists, and builders working at the intersection of critical minerals, geopolitics, capital formation, and the AI value chain. The leadership team combines regional market insight, transaction experience, and cross-border networks to move ideas from analysis to execution.
